FAQ
How do Camera and Controller work together?
Set one iPhone or iPad as Camera (usually on a tripod) and another as Controller on the sideline. Pair over Bluetooth — stay within about 30 feet with a clear path. Scores and commands sync to the Camera; stream keys stay on the Camera device.
How do I go live?
On Camera (or Controller when paired), choose YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or X, then sign in or paste the stream key from that platform’s dashboard. Live Stream or Pro is required. Leave custom ingest blank to use each platform’s default when available.
What’s the difference between Free, Live Stream, and Pro?
Free includes scoring and 1080p/30 recording with a watermark. Live Stream adds Go Live, Instant Replay, and live score follow. Pro adds watermark-free video, 4K/60, remote control, clip tools, cast, and more. See pricing.
Why doesn’t scoremark.app list games?
Live score links are private to the token the scorekeeper shares. Opening the homepage does not show a directory of games — only a follow link from the app opens that game’s scoreboard.
How do I restore or manage a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Use Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device, or restore purchases from ScoreMark’s subscription screen once App Store purchases are live. For refunds, contact Apple.
Stream key or sign-in issues?
Reset or copy a fresh key from YouTube Studio, Twitch dashboard, Facebook Live Producer, or X Media Studio. Confirm the Camera has network access. For Facebook Page lives, make sure the correct Page is selected and that you’ve granted the permissions the app requests.
